- First Goto your Blogger Dashboard and Sign in
- Chose the Blog to which you want to add an Author
- Now Click on Settings >> Basics and Follow below Picture
- Now Click on +Add authors and Write the Email of the Buddy who interested
- After this ask him to accept your Request for being an Author for this Blog
- After Accepting he will be the Author of your Blog
- He can access your Posts
- He can access The Settings ( different from an Admin)
- He can connect blog with mobile
- He can select secret words for his personal use and posting using Email Address
